In life Mia gave much and continues to do so in death. She was a good friend to most of us and to all Beardies.

Mia's wish was that in  lieu of flowers and other costly  remembrances, that money instead be collected  and dispersed according to her instructions to BeaCon for Health and BONE Rescue. Both BeaCon and BONE serve the breed internationally, BONE also helps neardies. They were near and dear to Mia's heart.

The funds collected will be divided according to Mia's instructions 80% for BeaCon and 20% for BONE.

Mia appointed Clara J del Valle to collect the funds and disburse them to the appropriate organizations.
